I didn’t do pancakes for breakfast today but I did make pancakes in the evening!

But… Sorry to say I didn’t do it the real way.. I did it the lazy way!

These days there’s a lazy way to do everything! I do have good reason though. Ok, so hear me out.

I was working all day, I only just remembered that it was pancake day today because a colleague mentioned it to me. So after work, me and Casey went to the supermarket and looked to see if there were any pancake mixes left. Luckily there were quite a few so I grabbed a couple and some syrup and went back to make pancakes.

I was doing it for Oscar and Casey mainly so I didn’t want to be there too long figuring out measurements etc I just wanted to get it done. I know pancakes aren’t exactly the most challenging thing to make from scratch but the mix just tasted better and everything was ready to go.

Anyway it was a great success! We loved the pancakes!
