Eww.

That’s bad.

I’ve not been doing ANY exercise at all these days and this is bad. There are a few things I’m wait on g for before I get back into it. One of them being getting an exercise bike but that won’t happen until something else happens, which I can’t talk about just yet. Ugh.

So in the mean time I’m here just getting fat. I don’t mind, since I know it’s temporary. Once I start exercising it all falls off like I’m taking off clothes.

How many steps or calories or whatever exercise related metric do you do in a day? My goal on my Apple Watch is 1200kcal a day. Let’s just say these past few months I’m lucky to get 500 🫠.

That will change soon though. Can’t wait!
