Definitely not the first time I’ve said that, but hopefully I’ll be back for a little longer than usual this time.
So much has happened since I last posted on this blog. So many changes.
Soon, I’ll be making some videos to talk about the changes in more detail, but for now I’ll just focus on one topic.
Weight-gain

Over the past year or so, basically from since the start of the pandemic – I’ve gained weight! I guess I’m not the only one? Right? Hopefully.. I gained about 10KG in the past year! Luckily it seems to have been evenly distributed so it doesn’t look ridiculous, but still I’ve noticed my t-shirts and jeans ‘getting smaller’ which has never happened before..
Also, being stuck at home took its toll on me and I just lost all motivation to exercise.
But all of that is about to change. I think so. I’m fully aware of the problem and also fully aware of how to resolve it 🤩.

There you go. Tucked away in the spare room all alone with the drying clothes and the cat food. That’s my solution. That and the weights I have bought which are still on the way to me. I can’t wait to get back in shape. I managed to stay in shape for most of my life until the pandemic so it should feel natural to me.
