I decided to try something a little different: go live on YouTube and see if anyone actually turned up!

No particular theme, no carefully planned topic and definitely no script. Just me, a camera and the possibility of talking to myself on the internet. 😂

Usually, when I upload a video, there’s a chance to edit things down and decide what makes the cut. Going live means pressing a button and seeing what happens. That was the whole idea behind this first attempt—a casual chat without needing to make a big production out of it.

With fitness updates, family life, travel and the occasional random tangent, there’s plenty I could talk about. But I also like the idea of letting whoever drops in help decide where the conversation goes.
